Stephen Cluskey Cromwell, M.D., a member of the U.S. Naval Reserve from 1943-46 in which he served in five campaigns, including the first wave at Omaha Beach in Normandy, the China Seas, Iwo Jima and Okinawa, will be the featured speaker as the City of Rockville honors United States veterans.
