Winner and guest must be at least 18-years of age. A background check may be required for the winner and guest. If the winner or guest fails the background check, they forfeit the prize. Please bid accordingly. Valid ID will be required in order to gain access. This experience is NON-TRANSFERABLE; only the winner and their pre-authorized guest may participate. The package may be purchased as a gift. Should anyone not provided prior authorization attempt to attend, the winner’s entire party would be denied access. Respect for Cher and her staff will be expected at all times. Inappropriate behavior by winner or guest could result in the immediate conclusion of the experience with no refund. No travel or accommodation costs are included. No personal photos. A photographer will be on-site to take a photo. Winner and guest may each bring a small item to be signed.

The Foundation’s primary philanthropic endeavors have included support of health research and patient quality of life, global health and anti-poverty initiatives, veterans rights and vulnerable children.
