Through my company, Mahon Consultants, I previously promoted music projects from Larry Dunn, the former keyboardist of Earth, Wind & Fire, as well as Dawn Silva, former vocalist of Parliament/Funkadelic and Steve Arrington, former drummer/lead vocalist of SLAVE.

   Cincinnati, Ohio native Chris Jasper, as you may know, was the former keyboardist, principal writer of the Grammy winning, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inducted, Isley Brothers. In addition, he was a key member of the critically acclaimed group, Isley Jasper Isley. Embarking on a solo career in 1987 with the release of his Gold City/ Epic Associated debut album, “Superbad”, he released a series of well received albums in both the R&B and Urban Contemporary Gospel categories. It’s worth noting that Chris was among the first artist in R&B during that time in the mid ’80′s to form their own record company with major label distribution.

   Michael Jasper, Chris’ 17 year old son, is the latest signing to the Gold City Records label. His debut single, “Addictive”, is an infectious blend of Dance, Pop & Electronica. It was recently #1 on CD Baby’s Electronic/Techno Chart. Chris is the Executive Producer/Co-Producer and accompanies Michael Jasper on the talk box and background vocals on Michael’s recently released “Addictive” album.

   Greetings,

   I am very interested in learning the process of having my client, Schelle Holloway, interviewed on your show. Writer, Director, Producer, Actress & now Author is a native of Gulfport, Mississippi. After the devastation of Hurricane Katrina she relocated to Cary, North Carolina. Holloway has written a number of faith-based stage plays, dinner theater productions, produced a talk show, executive producer of an independent film and is currently producing a sitcom for a 2012 release on Raleigh Television Network. She has also emceed a fundraising event that featured America’s Got Talent finalists, Voices of Glory.
